Kogi State chapter of the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) today began a 2-day medical outreach at the Reference Hospital premises for the people of the Central Senatorial District a part of activities to mark it’s Annual General Meeting.

Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, represented by the Commissioner of Health, Dr Abdulazeez Adams Adeiza, Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, Alhaji Ahmed Tijjani Anaje, Executive Secretary of the State Health Insurance Agency, Chief Medical Director of the Reference Hospital, Okene, Prof Solomon Avidime, and other personalities attended the occasion.

In an address the Governor pledged continued support to the healthcare of the people and the welfare of doctors as well as other health workers.
